To present you our port, here is the plan we think could be the most interesting.
The first point will introduce some generalities about the porting activity and what you need to do a port.
Then, we will go to the PA-RISC specifities in order to make the port of Linux theoritically possible.
To illustrate, a short overview of the past of PA-RISC port and the difficulties that the team had to cope with will be given.
Finally, we will try to sum up our methods of work and some of the future improvements of PA-Linux.
